March 30th was my Sister Claudia's Birthday (In North Carolina). In talking to her she told me she has been following my blog and this is one of the best reasons there is to have a blog. So that out-of-state people will know what we on the West Coast are doing in our lives~~

"Tidying up" the old year and resolving to "get it right" this year is probably not how we women who do to much need to begin a new year, even though this old familiar pattern is tempting. There are other options.

I hope I can learn to live this year in a way that will be gentle to myself ..one day at a time.
